ARCHIVE AND SEARCH

	This search facility is currently suspended while maintenance work is undertaken on the server.
	Remember you can search any web page you are viewing simply by using CNTRL+F.
	Archives are primarily accumulated committee Minutes which are added to each committee file as they become available.
	The accumulated committee Minutes are in the Word format originally published and from the 2003 Council year will be in historical sequence. During the year, as data increases, these pages may take awhile to load.

Search engine note. This search engine is for this 'current affairs' server. Archival material is at ARCHIVES. When following a search pattern if, on returning to the original list you refresh the page and click 'retry' the original list of search pages should become available again. One can then use 'CNTRL+F' to search within any paper selected.

PLEASE NOTE

1.   Since May 2003 archives have been retained in date order on a Council year basis.
2.   Since 2006–2007 our ARCHIVES have been transferred to their own server
3.   While every effort is made to provide a comprehensive service on the web, specifically
               to take advantage of electronic searching, the final authority of data is in printed
               form in the Council offices where the original papers can be examined upon
               request.
